It includes all utilities: Electric, water, cable TV, WiFi Internet, telephone (local calls), and maid services. It sleeps 5-6 people max. The main floor has: indoor patio and garage area; living room (TV, DVD, Stereo); dining room (seats six); Kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, etc and housewares); den (bed and desk) and 1/2 bathroom. The second floor has a great terrace, the master bedroom with private full bathroom (king size bed); guest bedroom (queen size bed) and a separate full bathroom. The third story has maid quarters and laundry area.
Huanchaco Beach is a small fishing/surfing village and is about 300 miles north of Lima. The city of Trujillo is about 8 miles with plenty of transportation. Huanchaco is also very close to the famous Chan Chan ruins, and other archaeological sites. Great restaurants and pubs !
